An interview with Rashed

  • My journey through personal challenges and leadership roles showed me how powerful it is to have compassionate support during difficult times. Becoming a therapist allowed me to combine my clinical training, leadership experience, and passion for helping others into meaningful work that supports healing and growth.

  • We can’t always control what life gives us, but we can choose how we respond. With the right tools and support, it’s possible to move from surviving to thriving.

  • “Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.” – Viktor Frankl

  • I’m a proud parent of two young kids who remind me daily about patience, humor, and resilience.
